By downloading or using the Little Moments app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Little Moments is a daily memory-capture app. You receive a prompt (a word or photo), record a short moment, and build a personal archive over time. The Service includes free and premium tiers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You own everything you create in Little Moments. We do not claim ownership of your moments, memories, or any content you provide. We only use your content to operate and improve the Service for you.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the app, using it to harass others, or attempting to access other users' data.
Premium features are available via in-app purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Moments are stored on servers hosted by trusted cloud providers with SOC 2 compliance.

Little Moments is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
